Carrots Cake – Spekboom

Carrot’s Cake – soap made using food to supplement the oils.

Spekboom leaves are used to make this soap which gives it its rippled effect.  Spekboom is an amazing plant – it is one of the best carbon sequesters in the world, it has a high nutritional value even if the large-leafed variety is really bitter and not a pleasant culinary experience.

It is super fatted with avocado butter.

This soap is made using coconut oil as a base with olive and seed oils.  There is no fragrance.  Many people use this soap as a shampoo saying it brings out the shine in their hair.
