Granny Goose is what we called this slow pour soap with geranium and rose-geranium essential oils. It is poured when emulsification happens; long before trace so that patterns can develop.
For this pour we used black (activated charcoal), and white and pink micas. 60% = white, 20% pink and 20% black.
First came the diagonal swirling at the bottom with pink and black. Once the bottom of the mould was covered we poured in most of the white. The top was made from pink, black and white swirls.
When all the mixture was poured, we inserted a dowel stick and drew a pattern from the top to the bottom on the short side of the mould. After that we drew a pattern on the long side and this is how it looks.
